  • AMIE'S STORY:

    What results have you gained?

    I don’t even know where to start! The last few years I have been in a frenzied state of fight or flight- after having babies and in a constant state of overwhelm and fear. I went into the mentorship with the goal to heal and also turn around my business (I was at a point in my business of giving up).

    Jess has helped me to completely release blocks and traumas through shadow work and taught me how to regulate my nervous system. She helped me identify my limiting subconscious blocks- in all areas of my life including physical health, marriage, family life, money and business. I’m a different woman, I’m way more at peace, I’ve established boundaries, I’m in my feminine now, my marriage has healed, I’m a more patient and present mother.

    And also my business income has doubled- I’ve had opportunities thrown at me left right and centre and Jess has helped me level up in this area to reach my income dream months- while having the life of my dreams, freedom with my kids and a peaceful balanced life. Also one of my goals was to get a loan approval for our dream home to be built. We have had this loan denied twice before so Jess helped me remove all my blocks around this and call it in.     Amazing. Jess is truely gifted! She made me feel safe and secure while doing the inner work. She has a knack for picking up on where your blocks are and teaches you from start to finish how to release them and retrain your subconscious mind. She puts it to you in a way you can understand. One thing about Jess is your with her to put the work to action- she’s there right with you teaching you the breathing exercises, taking you back to your childhood, doing NLP sessions, giving you the resources like the meditations and journaling prompts that relate to your world. The best thing I loved about Jess is she’s there when you need her- I could message her on telegram when I felt my subconscious was pulling me back to old patterns and she guides you through what to do.

    What results have you gained?

    With Jess’s support, I have been able to quit my job and launch a successful business. Jess and I have worked on addressing any stories from childhood or limiting beliefs that have been ingrained in me and we have been able to squash them so that they no longer have a hold over me. I have gained confidence in myself and my abilities and I now sit in my new identity of a powerful, successful business owner who can have whatever she wants. I have learnt to work on flow with my cycle and understand my body during each phase. I have found more peace and happiness within myself and I have found myself projecting that onto people in my life. I am finally starting to feel like me again - happy, vibrant, flowy and excited for life.

    What was it like working with Jess?

    It was my first time working one on one with a mentor and it was the best thing I could have ever done… I went back for a second round after I finished the first as I felt as though I still had more to work through and learn. Jess is absolutely gorgeous - she is grounding, she is honest and she really cares for the women she works with. All the work was at my own pace and I felt safe enough to share things with Jess that I hadn’t shared with anyone else. I will be forever grateful for the time spent together.

  • ZOE'S STORY:

    What results have you gained?

    I am less stressed, less anxious, more confident and I make more money than ever before. I have new friendships that are aligned with the person I am and want to be - not based on who I was. I have gained new habits that better serve me - meditation, journaling, excercise routines, speaking kinder to myself and giving myself a rest/break from work. I can handle stress better than ever before and can confidently avoid burnout and panic attacks (I was having several panic attacks a week prior to working with Jess).

    What was it like working with Jess?

    Incredible. She’s so kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, caring and intelligent. She’s sooo smart but will always explain anything you need and always comes from a place of kindness and understanding. I’ve never experienced this kind of trust and how incredible it is to have someone in your corner 100% backing you.
